About the Logo
The Born With It logo is a visual representation for embracing you uniqueness. There are three items in the logo that are meant to visually illustrate this:
-
O slightly tilted: Signifies we are all created the same but there's just a little something that makes us unique and different.
-
IT being emphasized: Represents that thing that makes you uniquely YOU. What is your IT?
The use of gold lettering is also significant, "Money was valued in reference to the gold standard.
Gold is no longer used in this way, though it is still valuable, so the term has taken on a looser meaning.
The gold standard of something is simply a great or excellent example.
A gold standard is the best of the best" as explained by vocabulary.com.
-
RINGS: Represent seeing yourself through a telescopic lens and things coming into focus for you.
A telescope is a "device used to form magnified images of distant objects. The telescope is undoubtedly the most important investigative tool in astronomy. It provides a means of collecting and analyzing radiation from celestial objects, even those in the far reaches of the universe", as explained by brittanica.com. When we examine the function of the telescope "collecting and analyzing radiation from celestial objects", we find the terms radiation and celestial. 1) Radiation, as explained by the International Atomic Energy Agency is the "energy that moves from one place to another in a form that can be described as waves or particles. We are exposed to radiation in our everyday life. Some of the most familiar sources of radiation include the sun". For us, radiation is our exposure to the energy that emanates from the son of God. 2) Secondly, celestial means "belonging or relating to heaven" just as we belong to and are related to our heavenly Father.
